Mitt Romney say it isn’t so…. but there is still hope

 Mitt Romney thinks he isn’t the best person to beat Hillary, so he won’t run, but he says there is a “chance” that he could run if “circumstances change”.  I still think he is the only viable candidate but it is still early.
