Baltimore Mayor gives protesters “space to destroy”

Baltimore MD – Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake came out today in a news conference and said that they gave the protesters a “space to destroy”. I wonder if the businesses or people in this so called “Space” were warned or had a say on being included? Does this mean the city of Baltimore is on the hook for the damages and medical bills?  I mean this was not a very wise decision to say that but it does put into context the police watching as Baseball fans and business patrons were assaulted while BPD stood by and watched.  I am by all means Pro-Police but this sends the wrong message.  See the included clip from ABC7 WJLA
