So we see Tom Llamas calling out Trump on his use of the “Anchor Baby” term and he reminds us that it is offensive. I was thinking “look it up in the dictionary it’s offensive” The dictionary is now telling us what is offensive and/or not offensive. Sure enough a quick google search of the term yielded this gem:

Well who knew …. I mean I’m not the smartest guy but I remember from my Middle School and High School days dictionaries had the word , pronunciation, and then the meanings. I don’t think I ever referred to the dictionary to find out if a word would be offensive. You know why cause generally we know if it is offensive. Anchor Baby isn’t because it is in fact the proper term for what is being done. First off do you think for one minute the illegal is offended by the word? Of course not … for one they don’t even speak english so they haven’t got a clue what your saying. Second off they get to STAY HERE!!! That’s right stay here hence the Anchor part of the term and not only that the baby is now entitled to our welfare. So Im sure if they do understand the term Anchor Baby …. they could careless if its offensive.
