That seems pretty clear because Trump said that he must have commanded ISIS to strike.
On a side note and a matter of personal opinion I can not stand listening to the cadence and tone Cruz uses when he is speaking. Im not sure if he thinks it makes him seem powerful and intelligent but it is like nails on a chalkboard and I find it to be very condescending.
