Obama Admin’s ISIL Problem

Our friends over at IJReview.com hit the nail on the head with this video about how serious the Admin is about ISIL Defeat But I would go one step further. Press Secretary Earnest says at about 1:20 into the clip  ( Clip is here )

“We can deploy a tried and true counter terrorism strategy that this administration has used successfully in other contexts”

My follow up question would have been “Could you please name a few situations where your Tried and True Counter Terrorism Strategy worked”  Seriously if this strategy existed and actually worked would this ISIL situation actually exist? I try not to write from a partisan point of view but this is a legitimate question and would love to hear from any of you.
